These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pe999 and constitute a binding agreement between you and the platform. Please read every section carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pe999 will never ask for your password by email or chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility until you formally notify us of unauthorised access.
pe999 supports PKR-denominated accounts. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification, minimum and maximum limits and applicable processing times. Available payment methods are shown on the cashier page and may change without prior notice.
All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game contribution percentages, expiry periods and maximum cash-out caps. Misuse of promotional offers — including multi-accounting — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of technical errors and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited. pe999 reserves the right to void bets, withhold funds and terminate accounts where prohibited conduct is identified.
pe999 provides self-exclusion, deposit limits, loss limits and session reminders. Users acknowledge the risks of gambling and agree to use these tools proactively. The platform supports responsible play — it does not encourage chasing losses or gambling beyond your means.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pe999 ("pe999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pe999 online gaming platform available at pe999.cam and any associated mobile, desktop or application interfaces.

Each individual may hold only one active Account on pe999. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds held therein.
Persons who have previously self-excluded from pe999 or from any gambling service that shares a responsible gambling database with pe999 are not permitted to register a new account during any active exclusion period.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.
pe999 is required to conduct KYC verification for regulatory and security purposes. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any time:
Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. pe999 reserves the right to close Accounts where KYC cannot be completed within a reasonable period.
You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials confidential. pe999 will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel. You must notify pe999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. pe999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account use where you failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting your credentials.
pe999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit any resale, commercial exploitation or derivative use of the Platform or its content.

All deposits, wagers and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the applicable exchange rate and cashier configuration. Figures quoted in these Terms as examples — such as PKR 1,000 minimum deposits or PKR 25,000 bonus caps — are illustrative and subject to the current promotional terms and cashier settings.
All deposits must be made using payment methods approved by pe999 and listed in the cashier section at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary by payment method and Account verification status. pe999 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is inconsistent with responsible gambling obligations.
pe999 acknowledges that Pakistani users are familiar with payment infrastructure including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These names are referenced as context only. pe999 does not warrant that any specific payment provider supports gambling transactions, and availability is subject to compliance checks, provider policies and applicable regulations.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC completion, bonus wagering requirements and any applicable processing periods. pe999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
Processing times are not guaranteed and vary by payment method, operator compliance procedures and external provider timelines. pe999 does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or regulatory holds outside the Platform's direct control.
Deposits made to pe999 must represent funds that are legitimately owned by the Account holder. The Platform must not be used to process funds derived from criminal activity. pe999 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. pe999 may require a wagering requirement of between 5× and 50× the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the promotion page.
While a bonus is active and the wagering requirement has not been completed, a maximum individual stake or bet limit applies. This limit is specified per promotion and is typically in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 per round or event. Placing bets in excess of this limit during a bonus period may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
Different game categories contribute different percentages toward the satisfaction of a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games including blackjack, roulette and baccarat may contribute a reduced percentage (commonly between 10% and 20%) or may be excluded entirely. Live dealer games and sports betting markets may have varying contribution rates as specified per promotion.
Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that are not used within the specified expiry period will be removed from your Account automatically. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion and are typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of activation or deposit.
pe999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a User has abused promotional terms. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using betting strategies that exploit low-risk wagering to complete wagering requirements, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
pe999 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets placed in error, bets that exceed platform limits, or bets placed on markets that have been suspended or voided. Bets accepted in error due to obvious system or pricing errors may be voided and stakes returned.
Odds displayed on pe999 are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation of your bet constitute the agreed price for that wager. pe999 uses decimal odds as its primary display format. Prices on cricket markets — including PSL T20, ICC tournament fixtures and bilateral series — reflect market conditions and are not guaranteed.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: cancellation or postponement of the relevant event beyond a specified period, technical error, manifest error in odds pricing, or where the relevant governing body declares the result of an event invalid.
All casino games offered on pe999 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP percentages shown for individual games are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in a single session. pe999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

pe999 respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. Game content provided by third-party studios is licensed for use on pe999 and remains the property of the respective studio or supplier.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pe999, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even where pe999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pe999's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pe999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free or free from interruption. Planned or unplanned maintenance, third-party service outages and technical failures may affect Platform availability.
Gambling Risk Warning: Gambling involves real money risk. You may lose all funds deposited. Never gamble more than you can afford to lose. pe999 does not guarantee any outcome, result or return on any wager.
pe999 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you should close your Account and withdraw any outstanding Balance before the effective date.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pe999 holds its operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to pe999's customer support team for informal resolution.
Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the dispute being formally raised, the parties may pursue resolution through the dispute resolution mechanism available under pe999's licensing framework. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
